Items Needed

1. Probiotics

2. Ice cube tray

3. Soy milk

Pour just enough soy milk into a small bowl to fill the ice tray and microwave it for 10 seconds.

Add 3 capsules or 1 stick of probiotics, then cover with a lid (to keep dust out).

Leave it at room temperature (above 20°C) for 1–2 days until the yogurt is ready.

Once the yogurt is formed, pour it into the ice cube tray and freeze it.

Store them in a small container and use a cube whenever needed.

How to Use

For 1 liter of soy milk: (40°C is the optimal temperature) microwave for 1 minute, drop in one yogurt ice cube, and cover with a lid. It will be ready within 2 days.

Even if you only heat it at the beginning and leave it at a room temperature of around 20°C, it will turn out well.

Keep the finished yogurt in the refrigerator and scoop out the amount you want to eat.

This method is faster than starting with probiotic powder every time and helps save on the cost of probiotics.

Additional Details

As long as the temperature is above 20°C and there are enough probiotics, the yogurt will form, so you don’t need a yogurt maker.
In fact, you don’t even need a microwave, but providing a warm environment at the start will shorten the time.

The lid is meant to block dust, but wooden or paper materials are not recommended.
This is because moisture can condense on the lid during the fermentation process, causing it to get wet or warp.
