Organizing notes + a method for creation (mdgl)

I often end up writing duplicate notes
Even if the content is almost the same, if there’s even a slight difference in perspective or wording, I don’t want to miss it
That’s because I want to express what I’m trying to say in a way that resonates more, even if just a little

But then organizing those duplicate notes becomes quite tedious
I tried gathering all those notes and neatly organizing them before turning them into something like a webtoon such as GOGOTOHELL,
but it was too inefficient and complicated

So the best method I’ve come up with so far is this:
First, I focus only on the idea that just came to mind and complete it in the best way possible
Then I go back and look through my previous notes, deleting anything unnecessary
and if I feel that a truly essential idea or a very strong line is missing, I just add or revise that part in the webtoon

In other words, if I create while thinking, “Am I missing anything from my notes?”
the core becomes blurred, and unnecessary content gets added, making it messy
Even if it’s not perfect, what I remember in my head is more likely to be the core
That way, the message, the audience’s perception, and the overall perspective become clearer
After building something centered on the most essential part,
I then look back at my notes to see what can be added
